b. Surat pernyataan tidak pernah menjadi anggota partai politik bagi yang tidak pernah menjadi
anggota partai politik; atau surat keterangan dari pengurus partai politik bahwa yang
bersangkutan tidak lagi menjadi anggota partai politik dalam jangka waktu 5 (lima) tahun
terakhir, bagi yang pernah menjadi anggota partai politik;
c. Surat pernyataan tidak pernah dipidana penjara berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah
mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan tindak pidana yang diancam dengan
pidana penjara 5 (lima) tahun atau lebih tidak termasuk tindak pidana politik dan/atau tindak
pidana karena kealpaan,
d. Surat pernyataan tidak sedang menduduki jabatan politik, jabatan struktural, dan jabatan
fungsional dalam jabatan negeri;
e. Surat pernyataan bersedia bekerja penuh waktu;
f. Surat pernyataan bersedia tidak menduduki jabatan di pemerintahan dan badan usaha milik
negara (BUMN)/badan usaha milik daerah (BUMD) selama masa keanggotaan.
9. Pelamar dapat melampirkan keterangan atau bukti lain yang mendukung kompetensi calon.
10. Dibuat masing-masing rangkap 5 (lima) terdiri dari 1 (satu) asli dan 4 (empat) foto copy, kecuali
lampiran No 2.
B. Waktu penerimaan pendaftaran mulai tanggal 31 Desember 2007 s/d 9 Januari 2008 jam 24.00 WIB,
termasuk waktu penerimaan dokumen pendaftaran yang dikirim melalui jasa pengiriman oleh Tim

C. Bagi pelamar yang mememuhi persyaratan administrasi akan diumumkan melalui media massa pada
