Staff Care Facilitator
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
Develop strategy, system and policy of Staff Care as a part of HR strategy
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, major of psychology or theology (pastoral counseling)
Good command in English, TOEFL 450
Quick learning, logical thinking with good interpersonal skill and high integrity
Excellent communication skill/people management skill
Familiar with HR Management
Able to travel
